About Harmonic Spinal Flow
This practice is centered on understanding how stored stress and tension in the body can contribute to ongoing symptoms. Rather than treating symptoms directly, the focus is on creating the conditions for the body to release tension and respond differently over time.
Most people begin with a New Member Visit to experience this approach and determine whether it’s a good fit.
What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that helps the body release layers of stress, tension, and trauma stored within the spine and nervous system. Developed by Dr. Carli Axford, Spinal Flow is based on the understanding that the body holds innate intelligence and has the natural ability to heal when given the right support.
Through specific touch points along the spine, known as access points, Spinal Flow activates gateways in the nervous system that allow the body to reconnect, unwind, and return to balance. As the spine and brain communicate more freely, life force energy flows with greater ease, helping to restore physical health, emotional wellbeing, and a deeper sense of connection to self.
Rather than treating symptoms directly, Spinal Flow addresses the underlying stress and blockages in the nervous system. This often leads to profound improvements in how people feel and function, supporting the body’s capacity to heal from the inside out.
